Rates. Because our work is highly customized, we do not publish a list of rates and fees. Our fees are determined individually for each project, taking into consideration factors appropriate to each project, as follows:
For program notes:
· the number and type of selections on your program
· the length, complexity, and style of notes you desire
· the number of performances for which the notes will be used
· your plans for use and/or re-use of our program notes (such as web postings and liner notes)
· your need-by date
· whether the project is part of a discounted season or series plan
For writing and editing services:
· the relative complexity of the project (original writing? text revisions? simple proofing?)
· the amount of background research needed
· your need-by date
For research services:
· the relative complexity of the project (complex research in scholarly sources? literature reviews and summaries? simple fact checking)
· your desired format for our research results (original research report? summary? annotated list of sources?)
· your need-by date
In all cases, special fees may apply for
· Rush service
· Cancellation after the seven days confirmation period
· Re-publication permission
· Liner notes

Payment Policies.
· For large projects, we may ask for pre-payment of up to 50% of the final fee, depending on the estimated final cost.
· Invoices will be sent via email when the project has been completed.
· Payment in full is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
· Overdue accounts are subject to a 1.5% per month late charge.
· No return or cancellation credits are applicable.
· We cannot provide services to clients with outstanding balances.
